Last week, Baby K and I were invited to the launch of Learning Time Philippines at Arya Residences in BGC. Baby K is my youngest and between shuttling the big kids to school and helping them with homework, I don’t seem to give enough time to the littlest one. I figured I needed all the help I can to give her at least some sense of early education and an educational subscription box sounded like an answer.

What is Learning Time?
Learning Time is an eduational subscription service that provides teaching materials, instructional videos, and toys. Its core values include easy and efficient delivery of toys, responsive social media team, and delivery anywhere in the Philippines.

It’s no secret that babies learn better when the caregiver knows how to give the proper instruction and more importantly, the proper reaction. Learning Time takes the guesswork out of the parent/caregiver when it comes to teaching their babies. There’s no need to spend hours on Pinterest and hours more to make your own materials because who has the time, right? Everything you need to teach your baby comes in a box complete with:
- 4 to 8 age-appropriate toys
- video instructions through their accompanying app
- monitored forum and community
- a way to track baby’s development
What’s Inside a Box?
Learning Time offers toys appropriate for babies ages 4 to 24 months. During the launch, there were samples of the toys all around and the kids seem to enjoy them a lot. Here’s Baby K trying out the felt watermelon puzzle.

Learning Time Starter Pack
This starter pack also gives us a look at some of the toys inside the subscription box. This, by the way, was raffled off during the event and one lucky winner (not us huhuhu) got it! Inside, there’s:
- Duo Duo Plush
- Hungry Tony Puppet
- Unbreakable Mirror

Each month, the theme of the materials varies. This gives the babies and their parents/caregivers a variety of topics to learn and explore. Here are some of the themes available.

How Much is it?
Surprisingly, pricing was not discussed during the event. I would think that the people are dying to know how much a monthly subscription costs. I know you are!
So here it is:
- P2,699 – 1 Month Subscription
- P7,199 – 3-Month Subscription
- P12,799 – 6-Month Subscription
Is it Worth it?
Knowing the above rates, the next question in your mind, I’m sure, if if the subscription box is well worth the hefty price tag. I can’t say so for myself as I haven’t subscribed to it yet but two moms, who are Learning Time’s clients, gave their testimonies during the event.
They said that it’s perfect for busy, working moms because it saves them the trouble of coming up with activities for their babies. Our babies seem to enjoy it and are actually learning from it, they said.
And it seems so. Just look at how this girl enjoyed the unbreakable mirror and the Duo Duo plushie! 🙂 If you don’t want to enroll your baby into a preschool just yet and you don’t have the time to curate learning materials, then Learning Time might just be for you.
