Nido Protectus 3+

The New Look of Nido, our Favorite Milk

One Saturday, this momma skipped the kids’ PTC (Parent-Teacher Conference) to attend the Nido Mommy Carnival. Teeheehee! Actually, the kids are not familiar with Nido as they haven’t tried it yet. We adults are though, as it is a brand that we’ve grown up with and I was curious to see how it has evolved over the years.

During the event, the boys got their hands dirty…

Through the presentation, we all learned that these are what’s needed for our kids to grow healthy and strong.

This is the new look of Nido. It’s now Nido Protectus 3+. “We understand the ever-changing needs of mothers for their children, that’s why we continuously improve our products. And in line with our advocacy to make checking food labels a habit among moms so they make smarter and healthier choices for their kids, we simplified our pack and made it more informative,” said April Apsay, Consumer Marketing Lead for NIDO® PROTECTUS® 3+ .

With just one look, moms can easily identify and learn about the unique combination of nutrients found in NIDO® PROTECTUS® 3+, which contains DHA, PREBIO® 3, Iron, Zinc, and other essential vitamins and minerals that help support his immunity, growth, and development. It also comes with Lactobacillus PROTECTUS®, now with Lactobacillus rhamnosus, a different strain of probiotics that helps support digestive defenses.

After attending the event, I’ve let the kids try Nido and they love it! Even the husband, who saw the Nido boxes, wanted me to prepare a glass for him! Hahaha!

What milk do you give your kids?

  1. My kids don’t like NIDO which is sad because I’m a NIDO baby. In fact, pinaglihi daw ako sa NIDO ng mommy ko and would hide a large can under the bed so my older siblings will not get to it, haha. But yes, I think NIDO is the best milk there is in the market.

  2. It was just this October that my son tried Nido. I’m not a milk drinker myself so I really don’t know much about this stuff and my son was drinking a different milk brand which was recommended by his pedia. Fortunately, he liked Nido. I’m considering shifting him to this brand though I have to consult his pedia just to be on the safe side (a bit praning momma here.. tee hee)
