Hello Challenge! I’m still here! I haven’t forgotten about you. Promise!
Okay, let me tell you about my week just so you’ll know how busy I’ve been.
In the morning, I go back to our old house bringing with me a car full of empty luggages and empty boxes. 3 hours of cleaning and packing later, I am ready to give up. I come out sweaty and dirty but I’ve managed to fill up all the empty luggages and boxes. I then go fetch DA from school and go back home. After lunch, I’d start the process of unpacking and storing my hoard so that I can empty the luggages and boxes for use the next day. And the cycle repeats. And repeats. And repeats. Whew!!!! Right?
No? You’re not buying my excuse? Really?
Okay then. Back to getting healthy.
Day 16: Goodbye Chips
For a time, I have already managed to stop myself from buying chips whenever I go to the grocery. The bad habit came back however, so I need to unlearn that habit to enforce a good habit. I will not buy chips anymore. I will not buy chips anymore. I will not buy chips anymore. So far, from since I’ve thought of this Day16 habit (see, I’ve been thinking about it even if I haven’t been able to post it!), I’ve been to the grocery twice already and I’m proud to say that I didn’t buy any on both times. Yey! Now, the problem is how to stay away from chips that I didn’t buy…. That would be another habit altogether.
