Day 18: Minimize Radiation

There is so much buzz going on about the ill effects of radiation to our health. While the studies are still in their infancy and are not yet conclusive, it is best to be on the safer side, don’t you think?

I always keep my phone at the bedside just so it is within arm’s reach. Before dozing off, I would usually tinker with my phone, reading online articles, checking Facebook, and blog hopping. After all that, I would just set the phone on the bedside table, close my eyes, and drift off to Dreamland. If only I could see the radiation waves the phone emits and how close those are to our heads! Yikes! I thus vow to make it a habit to keep my phone far from our heads and to turn off the WiFi before heading to bed. It’s an extra step of getting up and setting it farther (oh especially in the morning when the phone alarm goes off!) but it may be beneficial in the long run.

Day 8: Look into Oneself First Before Judging

Day 7: Get Enough Sleep

Day 6: Clean Up / Throw Trash in the Bin

Day 5: Choose Whole Wheat over White Bread

Day 4: Clean Your Plate

Day 3: Flossing

Day 2: Drinking Lemon Water

Day 1: Exercise
