Day 17: Choose Healthy Snacks
like love snacking. I tend to eat a little during the three meals so that I can look forward to squeezing in some snacks in between. I usually go for crackers or cookies or chips. To conform with my Day 16 habit of not buying any more chips however, I needed to find a healthier alternative.
And these are my latest find! Whenever I pass by the fruits section of the grocery, the ladies there would always say, “Sweet grapes on sale. They’re seedless too!” Okay, they had me at sweet. These are thus my new snacks, easy to pop in the mouth, no mess, no oil, no cholesterol, no trans-fat. An even better news is, the kids love ’em too! 🙂
